How we work
Clean, mechanical processes
Our processes are fully mechanical, based on magnetic separation. We recover the iron and return the clean sand to its place of origin.
Extraction
We operate iron-sand deposits with an environmentally minded approach, keeping ground disturbance to a minimum.
Magnetic concentration
Magnetic drums and screens separate iron through a mechanical process that uses no chemical reagents.
No chemicals
No metallurgical process, additive, or component disrupts the local flora, fauna, or environment.
Flora & fauna rescue
When flora or fauna are present in the work area, we relocate them to neighbouring zones before operations begin.
